A letter from our CEO:
With yet another successful year behind us, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments and some of the challenges we faced over the past 12 months.
But first, let me express my sincere gratitude to all of our valued partners, clients, and stakeholders. Your continued support is truly appreciated.
And to our incredibly talented team. Your contributions have been invaluable in helping us not only meet, but exceed the goals we established for the company this time last year. I want to thank each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to ensuring that our client's needs always remain our top priority.
Looking back on 2022, there were so many key highlights that stand out...
We successfully launched several new products, expanding our portfolio and solidifying our position in the market.
We made significant progress in improving our internal processes, streamlining our operations, and increasing efficiency.
We more than tripled our client base from 2021, growing to more than 60 happy clients today!
And we exceeded 300,000 trips saved in a single month (November).
In addition, we went all-in on recruitment, tripling the size of our team and securing top talent across our four hubs in Sydney, Melbourne, London, and Manila.
On the financial front, we saw strong growth and greatly exceeded our revenue and profit targets...
We also welcomed new investors and board members, closing a significant funding round, recognising an 8-figure company valuation.
This success is a testament to the industry-leading results that we deliver and the genuine value we provide for our clients.
Of course, we also faced some challenges throughout the year…
2022 presented unique obstacles for us to navigate. Our biggest challenge - trying to keep up with the increased demand for our product and services. While this is always a fantastic problem to have, it does present its own set of difficulties.
The team’s ability to adapt and the resilience we showed in the face of these challenges fill me with immense confidence moving forward.
Looking ahead with optimism...
Looking ahead for the new year, we’re well equipped to continue to build on our successes and overcome any challenges that come our way. I am excited for what the future holds and am grateful to have such a talented and dedicated team by my side.
