  3. Interviews – These go a little deeper. We’ll chat through your experience, how you work, and how you solve problems. This is also where you’ll meet future teammates.
  4. The mutual vibe check – Culture matters. Every step is designed to assess alignment - not just skills, but values, mindset, and energy.
