Vacaay was on the ground at ITB Berlin last week—the world’s largest travel and tourism trade show—held annually in the vibrant city of Berlin, Germany. This year’s event was the first in-person ITB since 2019, following three years of cancellations and virtual formats due to the pandemic. Needless to say, the return to Berlin brought a renewed energy and excitement across the global travel community.
With tens of thousands of attendees from across the globe, including all major tourism boards, hotel groups, airlines, tour operators, and travel-tech providers, ITB Berlin remains the industry’s ultimate meeting point. Over the course of several packed days, our team had the chance to reconnect with long-standing partners, forge new relationships, and showcase what’s next for Vacaay.
The energy was electric and the opportunities were endless. From back-to-back meetings with global partners to late-night dinners over incredible German food (and beers), ITB Berlin 2023 delivered on every front.
