On Tuesday, Vacaay welcomed key industry partners to an exclusive networking lunch at Café Sydney’s private dining room on the rooftop terrace—one of the city’s most iconic venues, perched above Circular Quay with sweeping views across Sydney Harbour.
Members of our senior executive team were joined by representatives from leading tourism boards across the globe—including Fiji, Cook Islands, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Thailand, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, and South Africa.
With Sydney turning on perfect autumn weather and blue skies overhead, guests enjoyed a long, leisurely afternoon of free-flowing cocktails, a beautifully curated three-course meal, and vibrant conversation about the future of destination marketing.
What began as a midday lunch soon rolled into the evening, with laughter echoing across the terrace as new connections were made and future collaborations discussed. It was the kind of gathering that reminds us just how powerful in-person moments can be—and how much we’ve all missed them.
